CERTIFICATION “IHHT WELLNESS INSTRUCTOR”
Certification “IHHT Wellness Instructor” provides theoretical knowledge and practical experience for successful application of the method of hypoxic training in beauty salons and wellness centres, as well as for work with people with disabilities (clients who recover after a serious illness, in need of rehabilitation, elderly people).
The course program includes theory, practice and mastery of the latest achievements in the application of the IHHT and is designed for 45 hours of theoretical studies and practical experience:
– Biology and physiology of normobaric hypoxic training
– Historical development and current state of IHHT technology
– Use of IHHT for wellness and in beauty parlors
– Particular features of the IHHT method when working with older people.
– Synergism of nutrition and IHHT.
Duration: 6 days.
Applicants must have a medical qualification at the level of a nurse, a physiotherapist, a specialist in medical massage, osteopathy and so on. It is also necessary to have at least one year of practical experience.
